4. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Order Processing takes minimum 3 working days.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in INR and may be subject to taxes or fees.

  • Payment Methods: We accept all types of online payments. We charge a flat INR 30.00 on all Cash On Delivery orders.

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Time frames & Charges: Estimated delivery times can vary anywhere between 15-20 working days depending upon location. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout only.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances or any act of God.

  • International Shipping: Shipping time may vary between 20-30 working days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

  • Courier Partner Delays are beyond Blend It Bold's reach and responsibility.
  • Packages marked as "Delivered" or sent to wrong addresses are not our responsibility and will be considered as "Delivered" and no refunds will be initiated.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 02 working days of delivery for unused and undamaged items.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved.

  • Exchanges: Available only for defective or incorrect items.
